Course Overview

This 115 hour course in Project Management curriculum is designed to support training for construction project managers, introducing learners to key topics such as construction documents, cost control, document control and quality control. This one-level curriculum also introduces learners to critical modern leadership skills, such as interpersonal skills, issues and resolutions, and continuous improvement.
