ALL AMBITION.” with smaller green text above stating “LIVE TO CHASE IS BACK!” set over a large paw print silhouette and radiating line accents, creating an energetic Spartanburg Community College campaign design.
“At Spartanburg Community College, we believe that every individual’s talent is a gift that can illuminate lives and strengthen our community,” said Dr. Michael Mikota, President of SCC. “As we gather to celebrate Christmas and the joy it brings, I am honored to announce that our Live to Chase initiative will continue as a special gift for the 2026-2027 academic year. In the true spirit of the season, SCC is offering full tuition scholarships to qualifying students, opening doors to new dreams and possibilities. This is our way of sharing hope, kindness, and opportunity while giving every Chaser and their family the chance to unwrap a brighter future. May this initiative inspire generosity, gratitude, and joy, reminding us all that the greatest gifts are those we give to others.”

What Live to Chase Offers

  • Full tuition scholarships for qualifying students enrolled in qualifying credit-bearing certificate or degree programs at SCC (after any grants, scholarships, or financial aid are applied).
  • Students remain responsible for non-tuition costs such as books, supplies, lab fees, and other program-specific fees.
